Dr. Lyons is a CA Licensed Clinical Psychologist and executive leader with experience in leading teams at all levels of care in mental health running large scale residential facilities and intensive outpatient programs with successful clinical and operational functions. With vast experience in successfully restructuring systems for behavioral health models, Dr Lyons is now using his expertise to contribute to the success of your mental healthcare program. It is his vision to have personalized effective and accessible mental healthcare for everyone.
